Designer's portrait
Anne is a French citizen and built her own world all along a life of travelling that started in 1998.
Going from Kenya to Ivory Coast, followed by Djibouti, Libya, but also Guyana and Tunisia, it is when she arrived in Laos that her creativity bloomed.
Once she was settled, observing the abundant vegetation and the Lao philosophy around the symbolic of the tree of life, as well as listening to her inner self led her to question herself on her need of anchoring.
This is how her passion was born : the creation of handmadeTrees of Life out of copper strings.
As she explained herself : “the materials have called her, the hands and soul did the rest.”
This led to hours and hours of experimenting to finally achieve the pieces that you see today.
Every tree is unique, and can take up to eight hours of work.
The semi-precious stones are chosen according to the symbolism of the colours.
Not only is it a beautiful object, the tree of life is ideal to stimulate one’s creativity at home or at the office. Placed at the entrance of a living room as a welcome sign, it also brings serenity.
This approach, centered around positive energy and well-being, is revealed in each of her creations that we are proud to introduce to you.
